Agreed fee is $395.00. In order to guarantee the date and time, a $250.00 reservation fee will be paid with this reservation request, along with any trip fees (if required), and is non-refundable. The balance of the agreed upon amount of: $145.00 ($395.00 - $250.00 deposit+ any trip fees) will be payable AT THE BEGINNING of the occasion. Music will be provided as early as needed, as long as needed, up until 12:00am. Additional time AFTER 12:00am will be charged at $40.00 per hour, and will be payable AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR. Please make checks payable to “Good Times Audio Production.” It is also understood, that the above responsible party will be liable for any damage or theft that is intentionally committed by any of the guests of the responsible party. If the above conditions are agreeable to the responsible party, please sign, date, and return to the above mailing address.
