Regarding Wedding Reception Formalities...there is no wrong way to organize your wedding reception.

However, the following is a more traditional order of events. We can customize this any way you wish.

I will contact you within the next day or so to verify the time and date. I require a $250.00 (PLUS travel fee if applicable) as a deposit to be returned with a signed Reservation Agreement, at which time you are guaranteed the time and date specified. The balance will be due at the beginning of the occasion.
